I knit this blanket for my new niece or nephew. The wool is so soft and snugly and it is machine washable BONUS!

Knitter’s note:
Since I used smaller needles and wool than the pattern called for, and refuse to knit a sample swatch for size and tension, I just added 3 repeats of the lace pattern (total 121 stitches) and knit until I had no more wool. I was able to add an extra 0.5 of a lace chart. I also switched the (S1,K2tog, pass slip stitch over) to (S2tog, K1, pass 2 slipped stitches over) to create a nicer line without the loopies.

I will definitely be knitting one for my daughter using the same wool, it is divine! I would probably use 111 stitches cast on to give me less width but more length LOVED IT!
