Notes

My son’s senior class color is this bright green. Come to find out he been appointed to reveal the class color at retreat this week. So, I happened to have this apple green Cascade 200 Superwash sport which became a scarf - fast project he needed by Tuesday.

I’ve made this wonderful pattern twice before. I think for this yarn the size 9 needle was too large. The yarn also grew after soaking, but I managed to block it back to a manageable size.

So, the result will work just fine. But if I wasn’t in such a hurry, a smaller needle would have been better.

Pattern as I did it:

Cast on 26 stitches - or any multiple 4 (+2)

Row 1: ^K2,KTBL,P^ ; Repeat ^^ to last 2 stiches Knit 2.

Repeat this row until your scarf is long enough
