So, I made this with my very own hand-dyed yarn! It’s the first ting I’ve made with my own dyed fibers, and I am really really happy with the result. :D

Instead of making a cowl/headband, I decided to make a hat… because of three reasons:

1. I had enough yarn to make a hat
2. I am addicted to hats
3. The yarn I dyed is too scratchy to be a cowl
4. I wanted my pretty yarn to be seen easily!

So, I did follow Jessica’s pattern, but I made up the decreases by myself. They turned out well, especially considering I didn’t look at any other patterns for help. I really love this hat!
