Loved this pattern, my first time doing a lace body went well and the contrast sections really liven up the finished item. Last couple of rows took ages, lots of beads and a tight picot, still the effect is lovely.
I dyed plain silk yarn with madder and the variegated section with chamomile overdyed with madder. It didn’t come out as planned - more details on blog.
