Knit for coworker’s baby; wanted something other than pastels or other predictable colors.

Cotton-Ease doesn’t take to two-color knitting very well, I think. I had bought a bunch of it on sale at a craft store, thinking that it would be great to have on hand for random baby projects. But it’s too bulky and stiff for my taste now.

This basic cardigan pattern is great for adapting to your own designs. Knit from the top down, picking up stitches at armhole for the sleeves, which were knit in the round. No seams!
