56 stitches is incredibly snug for actual-sized grown-up people who own feet. Went up to 60 stitches, but should have gone up to 64, which is my go-to stitch count for socks.

Let’s hope blocking saves these socks, or my 8 year old niece will enjoy a new pair of socks and I will be furious at wasting time and yarn on a ridiculously sized pattern.

Update: Blocking helped a bit, but still very snug. So annoying.
