Seasons Bloom is one of those patterns that will look great in so many colors. I picture pastels for spring and beautiful oranges for fall. I chose the Christmas season! As all of Helen’s patterns, it is filled with loads of texture. It starts off with a large textured flower in the center. I had a really hard time picking my colors for this. I wanted it to be a bit different, so I used red to create a center. I used only four colors for this blanket, and I found color placement a challenge throughout. More colors mean more to work with. The corners are worked off one at a time. Check your count each row.

When I washed this blanket, the red bled lightly into the white. I have never had this happen before.
