I am stash busting, so I must use my yarn. I say that because I’m not crazy about the black. I wanted to do a granny stripe, but I didn’t like the lack of contrast between the yarns. So I used this pattern. I didn’t like the way my “inside” holes were coming out so I eliminated them. I worked the rounds of single crochet in the back loops to add a little texture and I decided against the scallops.
