Gauge Test:
Note Mar 3, 2019 Test swatch with 35 stitches, 8 rows:
linen stitch with size H, 5.0mm crochet hook — 4 stitches to the inch, 4.25 rows to the inch.

Measurements:
Rows 01-29 = 6-5/8 inches
Rows 30-47 = 4-3/8 inches
and 01-47 = 11 inches

Measures 4-5/8 inches per 18-Row section
Measures 29-3/8 inches after row 124.
Measures 49-1/4 inches after Row 200.

Completed crocheted blanket:
49 inches wide x 62 inches length.
