I’ve just made a few tea light candle holders for Navratri /Diwali, and then thought that I’d make this lovely floral valance for my Mum for Diwali. During Diwali, besides the lights, we also bedeck our homes with flowers. So I thought this valance would be just right for this time of the year too..and it has been on my to-do list for ever so long. I found some photo tutorials for this, but no write up ..and rather than waste time in searching the web, I am writing out this photo tutorial as I make my own project.
