Notes

Having successfully made a glove with an OK fit,
http://www.ravelry.com/projects/siouxian/005-can-i-croche...
going for a pair.

2.75mm for cast on and a first round of slip stitch before joining cuff round and continuing with sc blo worked on a 2.5mm hook. The 3mm hook is just for chain bridges.

Right one done and much improved with a smaller chain bridge between fingers and changing the method of working the bridge. Making the chains from the back purl bump is so much better. The thumb, with the addition of one stitch compared to the prototype now seems a little generous perhaps but you can’t have it all! The odd stitch here and there is significant. The cuff of 43 stitches is fine but 46 was way to sloppy.

Certainly now worth the effort of reversing the pattern and working the left hand.

As good as I can get for the yarn weight. Easy enough to put on and still a pretty close fit. I do like the palm side round join.

My only real area of disappointment comes with finishing the tips of the fingers - how much decreasing and manipulating the hook on ever decreasing circles? For this reason going to explore a top down glove .
