A New Year resolution project for January 2025 ~
Restricted to using just the leftovers from a much bigger project in progress.
The product is to be a fundraiser for a Community Group I attend with proceeds going towards the purchase of a storage unit.
Design at least one new handwarmer for gifting in Autumn 2025
Restock once all the expired dye lots are used up.
Half way through
7 pairs donated with 4 sold.
One pair gifted.
One pair a new prototype design not quite perfect - classified as wearable but not quite wonderful and will be donated in the autumn once I have worked up any gift mitts.
Yarn on order to replenish stock now the project looks achievable.
Project End
8 further pairs made for me to give as Spring gifts.
Only a small amount of pistachio and claret yarn remains. All charms used and restocked. All ball bands used to secure pairs. Restock yarn on order. Two potential new designs for the Autumn.. The end of an era for the colourful Towner Art Gallery inspired mittens.
