The yarn was from a spring folklore and fairy tale swap. I asked my spoiler to use the Legend of the Bluebonnet as inspiration.

May 29, 2009: finished body of the shawl but had to order more yarn for the edging.

Summer 2009: This has been hibernating since I can’t seem to get going on the edging.

April 2011: Picked it up again. I seem to have sufficient amount of experience to attack the edging again.

The cotton feels so good!
