I’ve knit several of these now for Kiss My Face olive oil soaps. They don’t necessarily look pretty once the green soap starts gooping through the knitting, but they are still so worth it. It’s much easier/nicer to use the soap with than without. That soap gets so goopy otherwise, and becomes soap goop soup in the soap dish.

I bet the knitted soaps on white soap bars don’t get so ugly. Although, using darker colored yarn might be better either way. They tend to get dingey with use.
