This is a very fun hat to make. My one mistake in knitting it is that since it’s knit on a circular or dpns, it is knit in a spiral so you have to watch the little diamonds in the snowflake pattern at the beginning of the row. The following diamonds end up perfect. I added a picture of my first hat to demonstrate.

When doing the snowflakes, I put stitch markers every 18 sts so that I would know where I was and I used a different color for the row marker.

I first knit the blue and white one with thicker yarn and it came out much bigger. I like the weight of the Berroco Vintage much better.
