Cut out the fabric for a new dress today, will try to start doing it this week. Why is there sooo little time…..

Progressing, but I’m taking it slowly (even if I’m a ruschy person
) don’t want to do any mistakes. I hope I will have time tomorrow to sew on the straps and pockets. These first things takes the most of the time, sewing the dress together later is easy peasy (almost….)
At first I thought about making a plain dress without the fabric below, but changed my mind today. I really like the mixing of fabric
I found a gluepen for fabric at home! Fantastic when you do bias binding, needles just move….

At last I had time to finish it today
. Added some lace for the neckline to this on also. Found some cute labels “handmade by…” I will put them in my clothes I am going to do.
I really like the shape of this dress, looks nice on a lady 55 years old with a bit tummy from everything good I have been eating, very comfortable. I have this expensive Masai dress it’s exactly the same cutting. I have been looking for dresses like that. Did some alterations on this one to to make it fit better - lowering the bustline 3-4 cm and I also made the armholes a bit smaller booth in shape and size = perfect fit I think. And … almost forgot - I changed the neckline at the back, much better like this
