Notes

The two yarns are nearly identical in color -- a happy accident. I’m going to use the laceweight doubled as trim and perhaps in the straps.

I didn’t read the pattern carefully and the girth for size 1x fit around my lower hips but then I realized it was top down and wayyyyyyyy too big around the top. So I ripped back down to the garter and did it again with 10 reps of the lace and 5 purl stitches separating each, so 210 stitches around. That’ll give me enough leeway to fit it as I go up to the waist and then out again.

Came out pretty big so I put it in the dryer for a while. Gotta remember about bamboo’s tendency to grow.

WEAR:
really looking forward to this with tank and jeans, tank and shorts, whatever. so damn cute.
