Notes

April 27
The knitting and blocking of the sweater have been complete for a couple of weeks. I just procrastinated on sewing the buttons on until the night before the baby shower.

This is my first project using Madeline Tosh -- it is beautiful. Both the colours and the feel of the yarn are amazing. The colour almost glows. I had a bit of difficulty capturing it with my camera - and my photographer (ahem, husband) was working the day of the shower and unavailable to get a better picture. As a side note - I seem to always be giving my projects away before getting a good photo.

This is the second Sunnyside Cardi I’ve made - I think the pattern is great.

I was so happy with the first Sunnyside Cardigan I made, that I’ve decided to make a second one as a gift for another co-worker. We are undergoing a baby boom at work!

I cannot get enough of this colour, I absolutely love it. The yarn is great to work with as well.
