Even using very different yarn for the head, it worked out, hooray! I also was very intrigued by the inbetwen stages like: the naked troll, the bob sherlock and the neil gaiman stage.

This is fun to crochet and assembles nicely as can be seen by the pictures. Also, I was very happy, that I could do this project solely with scrap yarn and a leftover cloth.
