I’ve had the catnip for several years, since my friend Dawn’s dog died. Finally getting around to making this for her cat. Using cotton scraps. Used Judy’s Magic Cast On.
Cork is marinating while I knit. I may add a bell, if I can find them in my stash room.
Shoot, I forgot the bell. I put the marinated cork and a spoonful of catnip in before closing.
I may make more. It really didn’t take very long. Just a bit hard on the hands on that size needles.
Made another, a mouse: skipped the tail and made 2 little ear nubbies, and a long crocheted tail. Forgot to take a picture.
Second fish one is made with recycled cotton. I can’t find my bells, so just cork and catnip.
