I took my mom and her best friend on a trip to New York since she had never been. She watches the Today Show every morning and is a huge fan. I told her I would take her to the show while we were there. I knew if I didn’t do something unusual that they would never come down and talk to us. I wanted my mom to be able to meet the crew.

I decided to make a giant version of their new logo. It was sort of a rush job and I was going to put white bridges in between the arches but I forgot my white yarn so I had to improvise and connected the arches with short strings. I was working on it until about an hour before we left for the show.

It was still successful though.
My mom was able to meet Dylan and we were interviewed by her on TV.
