Here is a strawberry bag that I came up with. I was scoping the Internet for crochet strawberries for an idea I had for a child’s dress. Some strawberry bags kept appearing. They were cute and there was a variety so I decided to make my own version.

What’s fun about mine is that when you pull the strings tight to close the purse, the leaves come together to really look like a strawberry.
Then since they are for children, I designed it so you pull on the leaves to release the strings and it opens the bags. Gives little hands something to hold on to, to open the bag.
Anyways, here is how they turned out. I’ve made three of them so far since they were fun to make!
