Took about a day per mitt. I love how fast this pattern is.

However, the length turned out to be a tiny bit of a problem. By the time the increases were done, the mitts were pretty much at 1” short of the desired length. So I knit a bit more and then did less ribbing than I would have on an adult’s, and they fit just fine.

Besides, as it turns out I would have run out of red if I’d tried to do any more ribbing…

Stripes are 4 rows tall, the increase being in the final row of each stripe. 4 rows of ribbing each at the top cuff and thumb.
