Making a hat to match the Melimoyu cowl I just finished. Kinda improvising to put the Melimoyu pattern on the Selbu hat shape.

9/18 - Done! I just need to find a round plate for blocking.

9/15 - Decreases to 64 sts during breaks at work, but my 16” needle is too long to go any further. Will have to wait until I’m home to finish.

9/14 - Well, FUCK. It should only have been 42 rows with 20 rows of decreases. Ripped back to row 42 and started the decreases.

9/13 - Finished the 62 rows of the crown; now come the decreases!

9/12 - Knit through row 50 of the crown.

9/11 - Finished the chart and added another round of the triple dots at the top. Knit two more rows of white; 43 rows total after the increase round. 19 more to go, then I’ll start decreasing. The whole crown will be white.

9/10 - Finished the last rows of ribbing, increased sts, switched to the larger needle, knit a row of white, and then started Chart 2 of Melimoyu (flipped vertically) and knit the first 7 rows.

9/9 - Cast on in Cockatoo then switched to White. Knit 9 rows of ribbing.
