My co-worker was looking for a heavier sweater for her dog to wear during the winter and asked if I could crochet one.

She gave me an older knitted one that I used for sizing. I kept comparing my crocheted piece to it as I went. (In hindsight, I should have taken shots of the pieces before fitting it all together, ah well!)

The yarn was a straightforward purple acrylic yarn from Walmart.
