Row 45 looks incorrect as you don’t knit any stitches after your M1L and just before your M1R like you do on your other CC rows but the pattern is correct with the instructions. I put a lifeline in after row 44 just in case but it worked out ok

Border
End of row 4 put a lifeline in. It was hard to pull line through with over 600 stitches on needles. After through all stitches I tied a slipknot in line and put it over a removable stitch marker leaving a length of line hanging. I clipped marker to previous row. Left line attached to ball so line couldn’t pull back through as I knitted
