I followed the tips from https://www.ravelry.com/projects/SabineStangel/felted-pod-9

I held Manos Cabrito together with the Lanas during the increasing rows for visual interest.

I felted this by hand under hot and cold running water and then tossed it into the dryer until it was felted and almost dry.
