I’ve been all heart-eyed-emoji over this pattern since its release and the (long overdue) drop in temperature means that I can finally justify casting on. IT’S HAPPENING, PEOPLE.

In retrospect, I should have picked two colors with a more dramatic contrast - but I’m trying to use what I have versus buying more yarn (HAHA FUTILITY but I digress) and what I had…was pink and gray. But honestly? I kind of love the juxtaposition between the soft pink and creepy skulls. A friend referred to it as a “subversive death sweater”, and you can’t argue with that.
