I began this 10 years ago as the original Henry VIII sweater from the original Tudor Roses book. I used fingering wool yarn suggested by a yarn shop. I was unhappy with the color selection as it was not a good match for original yarn. So after completing 10 inches, I put it aside. I changed the borders to the newer version of Henry VIII from the second Tudor Roses book. I came up with the idea to turn it into a scarf/shawl wrap. I steeked it, sewed a backing and added fringe to both ends. Love it now!!!
