My calculations:
L = 8.5”
S = 3.3 x 9 = 32
F = 32/5 = 6.5

These are house socks / slippers, so I changed the ease as follows:

1” negative ease on length but positive ease on width - 9” sock for 8” foot - to fit over regular sock as these are slippers.

Other details:

Toe medium F = 6 (even), 10 rounds, T = 2.5”; ch 7, r1 (12), r2 (16), r3 extra 1;

Foot 6” after 9.5 rounds (to put jog on sole)

Heel 11 rows down to 6 then 10 lengthening rows back up to 16

Leg 14 rounds (4”), cuff 2 rounds.
