This bunny was made especially for a friend far away.

A cast on of 104 stitches was used to create a full skirt. The skirt portion of the dress has 17 repeats of the chart shown in the photos. Rows 1-4 are knit on straight needles to create a garter stitch hem and the dress is joined in the round on row 5. In Row 14, the total stitch count is reduced to 102 to create the sheep pattern. The first two stitches of the row and the last two are knit together. Decreases were made in the two rows( rows 31 and 32) before the waist to reduce to 36 stitches. The bunny was knit on 2.75 mm needles with Filatura di Crosa Zara yarn in Latte 1773.
