This dress was knit with a long tail cast on of 96 stitches. After three knit rows for the garter stitch hem, I knit 12 repeats of the chart pictured on the left. The chart is offset at the start to center the trees on the front of the dress. The snowflakes, though charted, were a bit more free form. I added them where I wanted as I knit. Waist decreases started on row 26.

The bunny was knit using 2.75 needles and Sublime extra fine merino dk yarn in caramel.
