Made from yarn from a sweater I made back in the 80es - unraveled it and flattened the yarn. I really like the pattern - but I should have read the pattern from start to finish before starting to knit.

Modifications: only 12 reps of lace pattern (normal and reverse)

12/12/2011: Nearly everything is finished - except the lace. The sewing of the sleeves took me ages.

12/13/2011: Finally … finished the lace, sewn on lace, sewn on lower part, and woven in ends.
I am not so happy about the shaping of the lace collar as I only sewed the “darts” in - I cannot imagine cutting into my own knitting …

If I knit that sweater again (as planned), I will use short rows for the lace (as suggested on some project pages).
