I had originally thrown these socks away when they got holes in them, but as happens occasionally, they cried out to be rescued from the trash. They wanted to be made into a goddess, so who was I to argue? I spiral-cut them like I was making tarn, and their scraggly edges gave her a nice terrycloth look. Interestingly enough the four socks were just about exactly the right amount, with only a bit left over.

I made her body a bit pointier than in the pattern, both to come closer to using up my sarn, and because I like some of the projects that were done that way.

She’s stuffed with yarn scraps from other projects.
