Join shoulder with Kitchener stitch (garter)

Pick up sleeve, 65 stitches and decrease till 35 at 116rows + 12 rows ribbing.
(Decrease at 4th and every 8th row at wrong side)

Pick up collar, 12+80+23+80+12 = 207stitches (should just pick up 10 stitches or less at ribbing part)
1x1 ribbing 5rows. Bind off at 6th row right side.
