I basically followed the pattern, but added 8 additional stitches to the largest size to accommodate a wider foot.

Leaving a long tail, I cast on 16 stitches using Judy’s Magic Cast On and knit one round. I knit the 2nd round holding the working yarn and tail together to double the stitch count to 32, then worked increases as per the pattern until 72 total stitches (36/36).
I used the “Very High Instep” version of the pattern, increasing the heel needle to 62 stitches before the heel turn.
I worked K4P2 rib on the instep from above the toe increases to the cuff and on the heel needle from above the heel to the cuff.
The 1” cuff is K1P1 ribbing. I used the Eye-of-Partridge stitch for the faux heel flap. I cast off using Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-Off. The leg is 8” including the cuff.
