Love this sweater design & yarn. The fit is just as I had hoped and yarn is wonderfully soft & cozy.

The pattern as error-free & easy to follow. It was a fairly quick knit and, I think, could have easily been knit within a few weeks had I been monogamous.

I knit the pattern as written, but at a tighter gauge & slightly longer. My finished piece has a 40.5” circumference and a body length of 14” from hem to underarm (for reference I have a 33-33.5” chest & am 5’4”). Some previous knitters had mentioned that they found the sleeves a bit tight, so I allowed 6.5” on either side of the shoulder seam when sewing the sleeves to the body. My only disappointment with the finished piece is that I knit the sleeves about 2.5” too long. This was totally my fault & in no way an error in the pattern. It’s an easy fix but I just have’t made time for sweater surgery.

This is was my first piece knit with EYF 2019 yarn & I can’t think of a better piece to knit showcase this fabulous yarn!
