Excuse the cast! I had surgery on Thursday and, since it will be some time before I can knit again, it seemed like a good time to take some finished object pictures.
I’m very pleased with my FO and I anticipate that it will be well worn in the coming months. Although a longer term knit, Kimmswick was engaging enough not to be boring but sufficiently ‘easy’ to be a good social knitting project. The only thing that I would change were I to knit this again would be to use a 4.5 mm needle when knitting the diagonal Soot & Sweatshirt sections. My fairisle gauge was much tighter in these sections and, even with aggressive blocking, the scarf is noticeably narrower in these sections.
