Notes

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED working on this.

About halfway through I discovered I was using my red F hook instead of my red H hook, so the finished item was a little warped.

To fix the “warp-ed-ness,” I starched and pinned the mask to stretch it into shape. TO get the 3-D look, I places scrunched up newspaper inside the mask to give it the depth I wanted as the mask dried.

VIOLA! When it dried, it was perfect.

Due to the variegated yarn, the pictures do not do it justice. It is a wonderful accent on one of my walls.

PHOTOS

Bottom two pix show the item when I was finished crocheting.

Third picture is the mask pinned on the starching board.

Top two are the mask on the wall, with all stuffing newspaper removed.
