A hat I made for my brother’s girlfriend. She asked me to make her a hat, preferably in fall colors. I had this yarn lying around that I had never known what to do with, so this was the perfect project for it.

I used a brick stitch, which I had never done before. The brick stitch turned out to be the perfect choice. It looks like it was made of many different colored stacked blocks, which is exactly what I wanted when I started.
