I love this pattern and I was going to cheat and just do the chain stitch to begin. Then I thought, suck it up Teri… Go learn the FSC thing. It can’t be that intimidating! I Googled FSC- Foundation Single Crochet and came up with this video:

There is no sound, just a great video that will make FSC much less intimidating.

I am using one of my own yarns. I just haven’t named the line yet. It is a one ply DK weight of 40% Baby Alpaca, 40% Merino and 20% silk.
