19th September 2019 - Wanting to cast on another two-colour shawl I’ve chosen a skein of Not An Alien and a solid black from my stash. Thought they might look good together. The green in Not An Alien reminds me a bit of the apples on our tree that my little boy keeps trying to pick while I’m raking the leaves, so I’m thinking some sort of leafy design at the moment.

28th September 2019 - Worked out the lace chart for the edging and started knitting.

Note: Only 2g of speckled yarn & 4g of solid coloured yarn left at the end!
