Tubular CO in 1x1 rib

Pattern could do a slightly better job explaining that twists do not start on the same row 1 as the shifty ribs.

Made myself a simple excel chart. A 30 row repeat chart to keep the edges/shifty rib/cable twist rows in sequence. Makes it easier for me rather than tracking a 2 row repeat within 6 and 8 row patterns.

Pattern falls into a nice rhythm, but still used my chart to avoid getting lulled into falling out of pattern in the Shifty ribs. Shifty rib is the only section where knits may not be knits and purls not be purls!
