5/28/17- ran out of first ball of yarn
6/5/17- upper back & shoulders shaped
6/29/17- all done! Was running out of yarn after the neckband so decided to go with short sleeves instead and I love how it looks (I just skipped the decrease section but did the rest). I probably should have gone down in needle size a bit to begin with.

Final thoughts: It’s a little big and falls off of my shoulders a bit, but it looks cute and is really comfy so I’ll call that a win! This in a dark color with long sleeves for winter would be . The yarn (my new 50/50 SW Merino/Cotton Summer Sock base) worked great for this too- its soft, drapey, and surprisingly cool in the summer heat when knit at a loose gauge (I used a size 6 needle).
