Modifications:
I didn’t do the increase row because I didn’t have enough yarn.
Instead, I changed needle sizes to make it puffy in the appropriate places.

Removed rows 8 and 9
Removed rows 17 and 18

Repeated rows 1-18 (with those mods) only once instead of twice.

Straight to 2x2 rib after that.

Since my yarn is bulkier, it is still a large cowl, juts not as details, perhaps. Lovely one, though.
