Great pattern. Not as complicated as it looks as the pattern repeat is only 24 stitches. Helped by stitch markers too.

Couple of points could have been clearer. You are always working a one row stripe, not made explicit in pattern just after brim but stated every row throughout rest of hat.

Also crown decrease has a mini typo at row 32.

All techniques are fully explained even (thank goodness) changing the position of the BOR marker!

Definitely recommend as a project and a hat. Knitted in a weekend it was so addictive.
