6/24/14 - I let my membership lapse and found out TKGA has revised the Level 1; probably 1/2 my work is of no use now. Not sure if I’ll pick this up at some later point, so I’ll keep the notebook and work around for awhile.

2/5/13: Blocked swatches more aggressively; very small changes in gauge but HUGE changes in appearance and hand of fabric. Still haven’t decided which yarn to use, so decided to start research for report before doing swatches. LOTS of reading to do.

1/26/13: Adventures in gauge! Seed stitch: 4 different yarns, same needles, all within gauge, and all different sizes.

1/18/13: Notebook is set up. Began swatching yarns for Level 1.

1/6/13: Now that the new printer is up and running, and I have all my supplies, I’ve set up my notebook with instructions, pockets, tabs, index, made the swatch labels, and gathered the materials and tools to get started knitting.
