What can I say?

I love, no adore, everything about this wool. The way it feels, the story behind it, its ethical principles, the colours, its versatility. I need not go on.

This is knit up at a looser tension, at 18st and my oh my, this just bloomed beautifully and filled out so very nicely at this tension.

Anyhoo, this little cowl is the smaller size.

The pattern shall be available later this week and all proceeds from the sale of this pattern for the first few weeks will go to assisting a lovely designer friend of mine as she undergoes the long journey of her husband’s rehabilitation after a bicycle accident.

Incidentally, if you look at the cowl sideways, it does have a heart pattern!
