Ch 68. Turn,
r1: sk 1st st, 67 sc
r2-3: hdc across - 67 hdc
r4-5: (mesh) dc, sk 1, ch 1 across ending with dc in last st
repeat r2-5 (9) more times or until desired length, ending with mesh rows.

Mark shoulders seam, 10th space from each outside edge, leaving approx 9” for neck. Work 3 rows hdc on each side of panel from edge to marker, creating extra shoulder stitches. Seam shoulders, leaving neck opening. Stitch up sides, leaving 8” per panel (16”) for arm hole. Sc around neck to finish.

For cap/ short sleeves -
1) sc evenly around, adding the same amount of stitches for each sleeve.
2) hcd around
3) Mesh around
4)hdc around. Finish off
