Ch 1, turn, work sc up side evenly, ch 1 turn, sc across top, ch1, turn, sc down side evenly.

Lace section:
R1: sc, ch 10, sk 2, sc across.
r2- 8:
cluster (4dc, ch 4, 4dc) in 1st st.
ch 5 before and after clusters. Between clusters, ch10, sk 2. Evenly space desired number of clusters, beginning and ending row with cluster.
When turning, sl st to center of cluster, complete cluster in cluster from previous row, continue pattern as above.

Make 2 cords, one for cinching the front and one for lacing the back. Front cord, ch 101, sl st 100.

Back cord: ch 251, sl st 250 (could go longer).
